The forest was very quiet at night.The night sky was twinkling with a myriad of stars，like a single blink of an eye.A stream flowed quietly，with soft moonlight shone on it，glowed with silver.
【夜晚的森林显得格外寂静。夜空中闪烁着无数颗亮晶晶的星星，好似一只只一眨一眨的眼睛。一条小溪静静地流着，柔和的月光洒在上面，泛着银光】
A shaggy grey she–cat sat beside the stream，looked at the distance with narrowed eyes.Starlight shone around her.
【一只皮毛杂乱的灰色母猫坐在小溪旁，眯着眼望着远处。点点星光笼罩在她周围。】
A little while later，a golden tabby tom came slowly across the stream.He also had a flickering of light around him.
【不一会儿，一只金色虎斑公猫从小溪一头慢悠悠地走了过来。他周围同样闪烁着若隐若现的光芒。】
“Lionheart，you're late.”the she-cat said discontentedly， squinting at him.
【“狮心，你迟到了。”灰色母猫不满地说，一边斜眼看着他。】
“Didn't I come first even if I was late? Don't worry，Yellowfang.”the tom called Lionheart said evenly，sat beside the she-cat.
【“就算迟到了我不也是第一个来的吗？黄牙，别着急。”被称为狮心的公猫不紧不慢地说道，坐在了母猫旁边。】
Yellowfang stared at Lionheart with her amber eyes，but at last she held back.“Surely you know why I called you here.The new prophecy has appeared.”she said without hesitation.
【黄牙琥珀色的眼睛瞪着狮心，但她终于忍住了。“想必你也知道我为什么叫你来吧，新预言出现了。”她没有半分犹豫，开门见山地道。】
“Oh? What prophecy?”Lionheart became serious.
【“哦？什么预言？”狮心变得严肃起来。】
Yellowfang took a deep breath.“Well， a……”before she could finish， another black she-cat with green eyes jumped out of the bush，and sat down ungraciously beside Lionheart.
【黄牙深吸了一口气。“是这样，一场……”黄牙的话还没说完，灌木丛中又窜出一只碧绿色眼睛的黑色母猫，毫不客气地坐在了狮心旁边。】
“Hello， Hollyleaf.”Lionheart greeted her.
【“你好，冬青叶。”狮心打了个招呼。】
“In that case， I'll wait until all the cats are here.”Yellowfang looked a little annoyed.
【“既然如此，我还是等所有猫都到齐了再说吧。”黄牙看上去有些恼火。】
Soon， a flame-colored tom and a blue-grey she-cat came along side by side. They were ThunderClan's two former leaders –Firestar and Bluestar. They looked mysterious and dignified in the moonlight.
【很快，一只火焰色的公猫和一只蓝灰色的母猫并肩走了过来。那是雷族曾经的两位族长——火星和蓝星。他们在月光的照射下显得格外神秘而威严。】
Meanwhile， more and more cats appeared around. Ferncloud ，Longtail， Mousefur， Cinderpelt， Whitestorm， Redtail ……
【与此同时，越来越多的猫出现在四周。香薇云、长尾、鼠毛、炭毛、白风、红尾……】
“Is there any cat left?”Yellowfang looked around and said，“Great. I called you today to say……”
【“还有猫没到吗？”黄牙环顾四周，然后道：“好极了。今天我召集你们来，是想说……”】
“Hey，wait for me!”suddenly， a beautiful silver she-cat jumped out and walked up and down beside Ferncloud.
【“嘿，等等我！”忽然，一只漂亮的银色的母猫轻盈地跃出，在香薇云旁边踱来踱去。】
“Feathertail！”Bluestar exclaimed discontentedly，“You were RiverClan!”
【“羽尾！”蓝星不满地喊道，“你是河族的吧！”】
“It's all right.”Feathertail blinked，“Don't forget， I also have ThunderClan blood.”she plopped down beside Cinderpelt.
【“没关系，”羽尾眨眨眼，“别忘了，我还有雷族血统。”她一屁股坐在炭毛旁边。】
Yellowfang was interrupted again and again，so she felt very annoyed. She glared at Feathertail，but sighed at last and said：“Fine. It's about all four Clans anyway.”
【黄牙三番五次地被打断，很是恼火。她瞪着羽尾，最后叹了口气，道：“好吧，反正这件事也是关于四大族群的。”】
“What things?”Whitestorm asked curiously.
【“什么事?”白风好奇地问道。】
“Listen to me first.”Yellowfang stared at him and stood up，“First of all， I'm very happy that the four Clans defeated the Dark Forest. I honored those cats who died in battle.”
【“先听我说完。”黄牙瞪了他一眼，站了起来，“首先，我很高兴，四大族群战胜了黑森林。我向那些因战斗而死去的猫表示敬意。”】
In the battle against Dark Forest， Spottedleaf's spirit degenerated because of protecting Sandstorm.And Firestar also lost his last life by a burning branch after defeating Tigerstar. Ferncloud， Hollyleaf and so on also joined StarClan.
【在与黑森林的战斗中，斑叶为了保护沙风而灵魂堕落。火星也在打败虎星后被燃烧的树枝夺去了最后一条性命。香薇云、冬青叶等同样加入了星族。】
“But，”Yellowfang turned into a heavy tone，“another disaster is going to happen soon.”
【“但是，”黄牙话锋一转，沉重地道，“又一场新的灾难即将发生。”】
All cats became silence. They looked at Yellowfang without words.Even stars around them seemed to be fainter.
【所有猫都沉默了。他们无言地看着黄牙，周围的星似乎也黯淡了些。】
Bluestar finally broke out.“Why do our Clans always have to face different disasters? For Dark Forest， Two-legs， StarClan couldn't do anything. And the we also have to stand by ！”
【蓝星终于忍不住爆发了。“为什么我们的族群总要面临各种各样的灾难？对于黑森林、两脚兽，星族无能为力；而接下来我们又得袖手旁观！”】
Firestar quickly twitched his tail.“Calm， Bluestar， calm.”
【火星连忙摇了摇尾巴。“冷静，蓝星，冷静。”】
“How can I be calm ！”Bluestar said angrily，“Dark Forest has already done them a lot of damage and gave StarClan boundaries.We could only watch the Clans suffer again and again ！”she scratched the grass with her claws testily， her fur sticking up like needles.
【“我怎能冷静下来！”蓝星气呼呼地说，“黑森林已经对他们造成了很大的伤害，还让星族有了边界。我们只能眼睁睁地看着族群遭受一次又一次的痛苦！”她暴躁地用爪子在草地上抓来抓去，全身的毛如针尖般竖了起来。】
“But we don't have any ideas.”Longtail sighed，“StarClan is not almighty. We could only warn them most of the time.”his blind eyes were shining with wisdom now.
【“但我们也没办法呀。”长尾叹了口气，“星族并不是万能的。绝大多数时候，我们只能警告他们。”他生前的盲眼此刻正闪烁着睿智的光芒。】
Ferncloud nodded.“Yeah. Bluestar， we are just the same cats like them.We don't have great power either. But Yellowfang， what's the disaster anyway?”
【香薇云点点头。“是啊。蓝星，我们只是一群像他们一样的猫，同样没有什么强大的力量。不过，黄牙，到底有什么灾难？”】
“Yeah. You haven't told us what disaster it is.”Hollyleaf urged.
【“对啊，你还没说是什么灾难呢。”冬青叶也催促道。】
Yellowfang looked at the pairs of some nervous eyes， said quietly ：“Two new born kits，save or destroy the Clans. The four Clans's destinies will hold in their paws. When thunder and lightning come， dark will fall……”
【黄牙望着一双双有些紧张的眼睛，轻轻地道：“两只新生幼崽，或拯救族群，或毁灭族群，四大族群的命运将掌握在他们爪中。雷电之际，暗夜来临……”】
Darkness seemed to enveloping StarClan and creeping up on every cat's heart.
【黑暗似乎正笼罩着星族，也悄然爬上每一只猫的心头。】
