杀猪
代金富叹口气，说跟不上时代喽！艾亭镇街上，瞧瞧人家那杀猪，谁还跟俺们这样，累死累活地，逮猪捆绑，操刀子杀。人家那，都是一条龙了。这边，给猪赶进一个大粗筒子里，二十几分钟，那边，出来的是白亮亮的猪筒子，下水都掏净了。只听着里边咔嚓，响一声，四个铁爪子搂住猪身子。再响一声，勾住嘴，刀一抹，杀了！噗嗵一声，下锅，呼呼喇喇，褪毛了。人家那，真省劲，真得劲！再说，眼下，谁还学这杀猪的手艺？都走啦，挣钱去啦！杀猪累人，还一整天油味肉味地带着，不招待见哩。哪像出外慌钱，一出去一年，回来都是穿的美，皮鞋亮亮的，头发梳得油光，还戴着耳机，走哪儿都管骚烘烘的，排场二里地。爹插一句话，说瞧着恁好，背地里吃啥苦，还不知道咋样哩。混了几个钱，回来美哩。一脸瞧不起的样子。没人学啦！这手艺还算手艺？
